There are a few different items on club penguin that are rare. Old pins and backgrounds are always rare.
The items I have circled in RED are the items that are rare. I know there are more items that aren’t circled,because they have recently gone out for sale again or they have came back.
Also, Try mixing old or rare clothes with newer ones. Sometimes you look rare!!
